I work in carrier sales for Arrive Logistics, a $800+ million freight brokerage. In my role, I specialize in selling / coordinating shipments directly with carrier partners. I’ve run several projects with UGN, including a project shipping out of Schenectady, NY to various large cities along the East Coast. I also count on UGN to cover miscellaneous spot freight as they frequently have trucks in markets where we lack capacity. My typical contact is Vadim, who’s very knowledgeable and always been a pleasure to work with. It’s hard to find dispatchers like that. UGN’s service and communication is top notch. Stuff happens on the road, there’s no way around it. But with UGN you'll know about it before it becomes a major problem, so we can solve it together. The hardest part of my job is getting trucking companies to effectively communicate with me, but I’ve never once had that problem with UGN.

I’m writing this review as a Carrier Procurement Specialist for United States Cold Storage (USCS), currently the third largest refrigerated warehousing company in North America. UGN Logistics is a devoted carrier partner who provides weekly truck commitments to USCS’s northeast region. Since onboarding in September 2020, UGN Logistics has maintained USCS’s expectations for on-time pickup and delivery, lane commitments, and rate consistency.
